Human Resources Coordinator

Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience from day one. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process, facilitating new hire preparation, and providing administrative support with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding: Craft compelling job descriptions, screen candidates, and guide them through the hiring process with a focus on our values.
  • New Hire Preparation: Facilitate Livescan fingerprinting, verify essential documents, and ensure new hires are ready to thrive.
  • Administrative Support: Be the welcoming face of HR, assist with reports, and manage office tasks with excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative role; prior HR experience desired.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office; HR software experience preferred.
