Job Summary

Upson Company, a leading commercial roofing contractor, is seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects to ensure timely completion and within budget
  • Direct and monitor the productivity of crew members
  • Set priorities, goals, and timelines for projects
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage workload and preplan equipment and supplies
  • Train and develop apprentices in the trade of Commercial Roofing
  • Manage paperwork and attend weekly Foreman meetings
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass prehire physical and prehire drug screen
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a journeyman roofer
  • Valid Driver's License with no restrictions
  • Ability to lift, stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently
  • Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
  • Understanding and working knowledge of multiple roofing systems

  • Accurate oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies, OSHA, and applicable State and Federal laws
