Job Title: Commercial Roofing Foreman

Upson Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team. As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the work of roofing crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and communicate project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a journeyman roofer.
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
