Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team at Upson Company. As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the activities of roofing crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and meet company standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation and reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a journeyman roofer.
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in English; bi-lingual English and Spanish beneficial.
