Job Title: Commercial Roofing Foreman

A Commercial Roofing Foreman is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of roofing projects on time and within budget. This role involves managing and monitoring the workload of crews, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the productivity of crew members
  • Set priorities, goals, and timelines for projects
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws
  • Train and develop apprentices in the trade of commercial roofing
  • Manage paperwork and administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass pre-hire physical and drug screen
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a journeyman roofer
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Ability to lift, stand, and work in varying outdoor climate conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
