Job Summary
Description:

A Service Foreman is responsible for overseeing the field operations of the maintenance and repair division, utilizing the latest electronic technology to communicate with customers and the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of commercial roofing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a team of roofing professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and manage productivity, setting priorities, goals, and timelines for projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Train and develop apprentices in the trade of commercial roofing.
  • Manage workload, preplan equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient project execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a journeyman roofer.
  • OSHA 10 hour course/Manlift/Forklift/First Aid certifications.
  • Valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor climate conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Fluent in English, bi-lingual English and Spanish beneficial.
