About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our International Client Solutions team as a Vice President or Senior Vice President. This individual will be responsible for expanding our client base in Latin America, particularly in the Asset Management and Wealth Management industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic International Client Solutions: Develop and maintain relationships with key asset and wealth management clients in Latin America and the US offshore market.
  • Client Solutions and International team strategy: Collaborate with senior executives to drive tactical and strategic initiatives, including sales strategy, business development, CRM technology, and marketing.
  • Manage and lead internal projects, developing frameworks and processes for ongoing team management.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development/relationship management capacity.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Must be located in the Greater Miami area.
  • Extensive international wealth management/alternatives experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients.
