Position: Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to enhance our operations at TSI. In this capacity, you will deliver outstanding service to our customers while collaborating with our Sales teams. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, processing transactions, addressing customer concerns, and preparing quotes. This role provides a platform for teamwork and contributes significantly to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients and Sales personnel through phone communication
  • Offer detailed information regarding pricing, orders, and product offerings
  • Generate potential sales leads and prepare quotes
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Support Regional Sales Managers in their efforts
  • Review and amend customer orders as necessary
  • Achieve performance objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements

Qualifications:

A minimum of a 2-year degree or equivalent experience in Customer Support or Inside Sales is required. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
