At TSI Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide technical assistance to our customers, distributors, and partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for TSI's hardware and software products, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management system to document customer interactions and track issues.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge by attending training sessions, product development meetings, and seminars.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sales and marketing materials, including technical diagrams and manuals.
- 2-year technical or associate's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical or customer support role
- Desirable: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, ERP systems knowledge, field service support experience, and knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
