Project Coordinator

La empresa D.H. Pace Company, Inc. busca incorporar a un Coordinador de Proyectos en nuestro grupo de Sistemas de Puertas de Entrada. En este puesto, serás responsable de asistir a los Gerentes de Proyecto en todos los aspectos relacionados con los proyectos, incluyendo la gestión de dibujos técnicos, la correspondencia del proyecto y la facturación.
Responsabilidades del Trabajo:
- Colaborar con los gerentes de proyecto en todos los aspectos de los proyectos, incluyendo el procesamiento de dibujos técnicos, la correspondencia del proyecto y la facturación.
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente tanto a clientes internos como externos.
- Establecer y mantener archivos de proyectos vendidos.
- Preparar y presentar facturaciones mensuales de progreso para proyectos en curso.
- Gestionar la documentación relacionada con el proyecto, incluyendo contratos, subcontratos, renuncias de gravámenes, etc.
- Realizar auditorías de proyectos para revisión de la gerencia al finalizar el proyecto.
- Otras responsabilidades según se asignen.
Requisitos del Trabajo:
- Se requiere una fuerte atención al detalle.
- Experiencia en Excel es necesaria.
- Debe tener habilidades técnicas sólidas junto con habilidades matemáticas y mecánicas.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno laboral dinámico.
- Fuertes habilidades en Microsoft Office y en el uso de computadoras.
