As a Full Time Sous Chef at our Burlingame location, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about food and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Chef in carrying out day-to-day operations of the deli kitchen
* Merchandise prepared foods in cases, hot tables, and other food stations
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience working in a kitchen environment with proven catering experience
* Ability to follow recipe specifications as defined in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements
* Serv-Safe certified is a plus
* Available to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
