Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook a variety of meals to ensure the highest quality and resident satisfaction.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory, ordering, and maintaining food supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain temperature logs, ensuring food is prepared and served at the correct temperature.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-4 years of recent experience as a cook, with a background in restaurant management preferred.
- Certifications: Serve Safe Certification.
- Competitive Pay: Starting salary range of $24.38 to $30.34/hour.
