As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM and DMS dealership systems to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
- Participate in team and process development sessions to continuously improve sales and service processes.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other sales and service software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
