Business Development Manager

TRG is seeking an experienced IT Staffing Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with new clients and ensuring that we are providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:- Lead new business development efforts to expand TRG's client base and nurture existing relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Craft and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that address client needs effectively
- Adopt a solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Proven track record in business development within the staffing industry
- 5+ years of experience in business development and account management preferably within the IT staffing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
