Job Summary:

Ricardo Defense is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to key customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development, management, and technical expertise in the defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and support to proposal development and capture
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the defense sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of study
  • Minimum 15 years of business development experience, with a minimum of 7 years in the defense sector
  • Proven track record of new business opportunity capture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Government Security Clearance
