Job Overview

Join the dynamic team at Clearwave Communications as a Business Care Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our enterprise-level clients, addressing inquiries related to billing, service installations, and account modifications through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to calls from business clients, providing professional and timely assistance.
  2. Deliver accurate and consistent support to meet the needs of business customers by adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  3. Handle and resolve customer issues, including billing discrepancies, with courtesy and professionalism.
  4. Provide post-installation support, including updating service changes in the designated software platform.
  5. Engage with clients via web chat on the Business Services Website, ensuring a respectful and professional interaction.
  6. Utilize back-office processing tools effectively for selected inquiries.
  7. Communicate feedback to management regarding service challenges or customer concerns.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with one to two years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A strong customer service orientation is essential, particularly with experience in telephone-based support. Proficiency in data entry is also important.

Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required, and knowledge of the Single View platform is preferred.
