Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs by understanding their people, processes, and tools to create actionable business intelligence.
  • Conduct thorough research and root cause analysis to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases that provide strategic consulting recommendations and options for clients.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to foster relationships and collaboratively achieve project objectives.
  • Gather and assess data to equip clients with essential information for informed decision-making.
  • Deliver core project management support through meticulous planning, organization, and execution of initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend critical applications and technologies to enhance client efficiency.
  • Maintain and refine project reporting processes.
  • Spot opportunities for process improvements.
  • Implement change management best practices to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively across various channels.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, with a solid grasp of PMO functions and Project, Program, and Portfolio Management (PPM) principles. A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with experience in a manufacturing environment within a PMO. A strong passion for Aerospace and Project Management is essential. Proficiency in data collection, manipulation, and analysis, as well as risk identification, is critical.

To excel in this position, you must be a collaborative team player with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities are necessary for identifying and resolving complex issues.
