Key Responsibilities
- Grasping the people, processes, and tools necessary to build business intelligence and identify customer needs.
- Conducting thorough research and root cause analysis to address challenges and propose viable solutions.
- Creating comprehensive business cases to offer consulting recommendations, proposals, and options to tackle client challenges.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to cultivate relationships and collaboratively drive outcomes.
- Collecting and analyzing data to ensure clients have the necessary information for informed decision-making.
- Providing essential project management support through the planning, organization, and execution of key initiatives.
- Learning and recommending critical applications and technologies to enhance client efficiency.
- Maintaining and developing project reporting systems.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Delivering best practices and techniques in change management to support project delivery.
- Communicating effectively across various mediums.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of project management experience, with a solid understanding of PMO and the disciplines of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management (PPM). A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with manufacturing experience within a PMO. A passion for Aerospace and Project Management is essential. Candidates should be adept at collecting, manipulating, and analyzing data, with a strong understanding of risk identification.
To excel in this role, you must be a collaborative team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities are crucial, as is the capacity to gather and analyze data to identify and resolve complex issues.
