Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing client needs by understanding their processes, tools, and personnel to enhance business intelligence.
  • Conducting thorough research and root cause analysis to identify challenges and propose viable solutions.
  • Creating comprehensive business cases to offer consulting recommendations and strategic options.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to foster relationships and collaboratively achieve objectives.
  • Gathering and analyzing data to equip clients with the necessary information for informed decision-making.
  • Providing essential project management support through effective planning, organization, and execution of initiatives.
  • Learning and recommending critical applications and technologies to boost client efficiency.
  • Maintaining and enhancing project reporting mechanisms.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Implementing change management best practices to facilitate successful project delivery.
  • Communicating effectively across various channels.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong grasp of PMO and PPM disciplines. A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with experience in a manufacturing environment within a PMO. A passion for Aerospace and Project Management is essential. Candidates should be adept at data collection, manipulation, and analysis, with a solid understanding of risk management.

To excel in this role, you must be a collaborative team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities are crucial for identifying and resolving complex issues.
