Additionally, the Specialist will facilitate knowledge transfer regarding Primavera to designated personnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize project controls expertise within the project management framework to effectively schedule project development and execution.
  • Create comprehensive work breakdown structures (WBS) to systematically organize project activities and deliverables.
  • Manage cost and resource allocation to optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct thorough project performance assessments, identifying potential delays and formulating recovery plans.
  • Implement earned value management techniques to monitor project efficiency and financial performance.
  • Ensure data integrity between Primavera Project Manager and applicable financial systems.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer on Primavera to designated personnel as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Level III:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project controls or a related discipline.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL LEVELS:

  • Proficiency in project management software, especially Primavera Project Manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across various departments.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
