Job Summary

An IT Project Intake Analyst is sought after by one of our top utility clients in the Nation to join their team.

This role involves working alongside a Finance & Project Intake Lead to review contracts, policy work, and capital accounting for programs and projects in IT Application Delivery.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in a robust training program to learn the environment of this organization's pre-project reviewal work.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and understanding information regarding projects and building out business cases to clearly define assets and determine their capitalizability according to company policy.

The team is customer-centric, providing excellent follow-up and support to IT Delivery Leaders.

To succeed in this role, you should be eager to learn and grow, take ownership of projects, and be a team player who is collaborative and strives for growth.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires being onsite 3 times a week or more as needed.

Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of enterprise environment experience within a Business Analyst or Project Coordination role
  • Ability to analyze deliverables and ensure they are in alignment with company policy
  • Exposure to Software or IT environments; or any highly regulated project environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SharePoint/Jira software
  • Communicating policy, process, and concepts with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player that is collaborative, eager to keep learning and striving for growth
Nice to Have
  • Any experience providing business case buildouts/review, Statement of work reviewal, project contract reviewal, document controls, or analyzing vendor quotes for projects

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
