About the Role

This is a hybrid-eligible position, requiring some remote work but also regular travel to our Solventum location. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement capital project estimating standards and tools to ensure consistency across all investments.
  • Manage the capital project budget planning efforts and timing in conjunction with Finance.
  • Coordinate with business and engineering leaders to develop and finalize the project list and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance to capital project governance and property and accounting requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8 years of project estimating and controls experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Or High School Diploma/GED AND 12 years of project estimating and controls experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
