Position Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

The NPD Project Support Specialist will provide project management support to the coordination team and the NPD Program Manager, including documentation management and general administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the New Product Development team
  • Assist in the maintenance of the internal database and ERP system
  • Organize project meetings and create accurate BOMs
  • Process RFQ and Quote data, and update process documents and SOPs
  • Liaison with stakeholders regarding project status
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing administrative setting preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and travel up to 10% of the time
  • Must be trustworthy with highly confidential information
