Job Summary:
The NPD Project Support Specialist will provide project management support to the coordination team and the NPD Program Manager, including documentation management and general administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the New Product Development team
- Assist in the maintenance of the internal database and ERP system
- Organize project meetings and create accurate BOMs
- Process RFQ and Quote data, and update process documents and SOPs
- Liaison with stakeholders regarding project status
- Additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing administrative setting preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and travel up to 10% of the time
- Must be trustworthy with highly confidential information
