Developer Ecosystem Marketing Leader: Launch and Grow Products

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Developer ecosystem, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and engagement within this key audience.
Key Responsibilities- Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement among Developers. This includes market research, positioning, launch planning, and ongoing growth initiatives.
- Messaging and Positioning: Craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with Developers and communicates the value proposition of our products and services.
- Market Awareness: Gain a deep understanding of the Developer ecosystem, including its competitive landscape, partnerships, and user needs. Use this insight to inform go-to-market strategies and key narratives.
- Voice of the Customer: Be the champion for Developers within the organization, ensuring their needs and feedback guide our marketing strategies and product roadmap.
- Content Strategy and Development: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and create content that meets the needs of Developers at each stage of their journey.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years working with a Developer audience.
- A deep empathy for Developers and a passion for Discord's mission and the role Developers play in our growth.
- A strategic thinker with a bias for action, able to connect dots and create clarity in complex environments.
- An exceptional communicator who can create clarity for internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to lead effectively through influence and work cross-functionally across the organization.
- Stellar writing and content creation skills, including compelling video scripts and articles for user education.
- A growth mindset, with a commitment to lifelong learning and self-improvement.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Discord, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with a talented team, and drive growth and engagement within the Developer ecosystem. We offer a competitive salary range of $185,000 to $203,000, plus equity and benefits.
