Role Overview:
As the Director of Product for Ecosystem Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of our ecosystem platform, driving innovation, and broadening our influence in API development and collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive research to gather customer insights, both qualitative and quantitative, to shape our strategy and roadmap for the Postman Ecosystem.
- Formulating and executing the product strategy for our ecosystem, focusing on APIs, extensibility, developer frameworks, and community engagement.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to establish a vision and deliver a platform that empowers developers and partners to innovate.
- Ensuring the stability and reliability of the ecosystem platform, maintaining high standards of uptime and security.
- Building a vibrant developer community and implementing feedback mechanisms to enhance developer satisfaction continuously.
- Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and adoption of our ecosystem platform.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product management, platform development, or developer experience within software and ecosystem-rich companies.
- A proven track record of launching and scaling developer-focused products with measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across various teams.
- A hands-on approach to working with APIs and a deep understanding of developer tools and ecosystem dynamics.
- Experience in building and nurturing developer communities and marketplaces.
