About the Job**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Your Responsibilities**

">

- Engage with new business opportunities by cold calling and driving leads
- Adopt Novatech's culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes, pipeline management and forecast accuracy
- Network with the local business community and seek new business
- Become an expert of all products, services, and solutions Novatech offers to clients
- Reach key decision makers within an organization and develop relationships with C-level executives

About You**

">

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in outside sales. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.

What We Offer**

- Market competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
