As an Account Executive II, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and prospects on an executive level, acting as an extension of the client, and selling new services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presenting CorVel's services to prospective customers and understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Knowledge of CorVel's services and the disability compensation system, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attending monthly sales calls and strategy meetings with management to discuss sales goals and performance.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals established by management for the marketplace/branch office, with a focus on increasing market share and providing services that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Exploring all lines of coverage and needs within existing accounts and new accounts, with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Documenting all sales activity and opportunities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) independently or with assistance from the RFP Department, with a focus on providing high-quality proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Exhibiting at conferences as approved by management, with a focus on promoting CorVel's services and building relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Following CorVel policies and procedures, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Sales/Marketing, with a focus on developing strong business acumen and sales skills.
  • Proven sales track record, with a focus on achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on working collaboratively and independently.
  • Highly developed organizational abilities, with a focus on managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM software (Salesforce), with a focus on using technology to drive sales and customer engagement.
