We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Product Support Analyst to become part of our team.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation, evaluation, revision, and enhancement of logistics documentation, strategies, and studies that support significant program milestones from initial design through life-cycle management and disposal analyses, addressing each of the Twelve (12) Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements to optimize the total cost of ownership for our clients.

Generate and present Product Support Analysis (PSA)/Logistics Product Data (LPD) in alignment with NAVAIR programs using approved databases.

Conduct both non-economic and economic LORA analyses, as well as sensitivity assessments utilizing OPUS 10 & COMPASS modeling software.

Formulate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) plans, including analysis, execution, and sustainability recommendations.

Review Contract Statements of Work (SOW) and Logistics-related Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).

Gather and assess logistic data, prepare materials for briefings, and generate comprehensive reports.

Collaborate with internal teams and external clients for effective planning, resource allocation, prioritization, procurement support, and issue resolution.


Essential Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in providing supportability analyses across various requirements such as manpower, consumable materials, facilities, equipment, maintenance, transportation, and software.

Experience in evaluating system support requirements to determine the adequacy of tools, test equipment, spare parts tracking, and maintenance planning documentation.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.


Educational Background:

High School Diploma


Physical Requirements:

Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment.


Security Clearance Requirements:

Secret clearance is required.
