Senior Operations Strategy Consultant

Position Overview:
Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess intricate elements of organizational operations to optimize processes for improved customer service and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate initiatives aimed at managing quality, cost, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Examine the methods of information documentation and communication, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Review corporate operations to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
- Propose enhancements for complex operational processes and protocols.
- Support project management oversight within the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Conduct in-depth operational research.
- Address complex challenges related to organizational operations.
- May supervise and guide the activities of junior contractor personnel.
- Encouragement of innovative thinking and flexibility in problem-solving is essential.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred Experience: Over 7 years in a relevant role.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, management, or a related technical discipline.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- A Secret Clearance is mandatory.
