- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that optimize quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize information recording and communication processes to improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate corporate operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements for complex operating processes and procedures.
- Provide support for project management oversight and contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Conduct operational research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Solve complex problems related to organizational operations and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Lead and direct the work of more junior contractor employees and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a related position, preferably in a logistics, business, management, or technical field.
- Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field.
Security Clearance:
- Secret Clearance is required.
