Position Overview

As a dedicated Customer Account Representative in the law enforcement sector, your role will encompass a blend of responsibilities that focus on customer engagement and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage directly with law enforcement personnel, assisting them in selecting and outfitting them with essential tactical equipment, including body armor and uniforms.
  2. Manage customer accounts by addressing inquiries and processing order requests through various communication channels.

This role demands a solid understanding of the Emergency Responder Equipment market, which includes a range of products such as uniforms, tactical gear, and accessories.

Essential Duties:
  • Act as the primary liaison for law enforcement clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and updates on product offerings.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of all available products to effectively educate customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions.
  • Conduct accurate sizing for uniforms and gear in-store.
  • Generate and finalize Purchase Orders (P.O.'s) tailored to customer specifications.
  • Efficiently process customer orders via phone and email.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in order entry tasks.
  • Foster and sustain productive relationships with clients.
  • Manage incoming phone communications professionally.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and well-stocked.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the company's mission and objectives.
Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume data entry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with law enforcement product lines.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer account management.
  • 4+ years of experience in direct customer service roles.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software.
