About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at L N Curtis & Sons. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to law enforcement personnel, managing customer accounts, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide face-to-face customer service interactions, answer customer inquiries, and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Tactical Gear Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of all product offerings, including tactical gear, uniforms, and body armor, and educate customers on these products.
  • Order Processing: Accurately create, draft, and finalize purchase orders, and process customer orders quickly and efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of work experience with high-volume data entry, and 2+ years of experience with face-to-face customer service or customer account management.
  • Skills: High computer literacy, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Law Enforcement Product Knowledge: Working knowledge of law enforcement product offerings, including uniforms, body armor, and tactical gear.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning Software: Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software, such as NetSuite or similar.
Compensation

The salary for this position is $24-$25 per hour.
