Adecco is collaborating with a prominent Fortune 500 organization to find a Senior HRIS Specialist. This role is a full-time temporary position.

The Senior HRIS Specialist role requires candidates to possess exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills, along with adaptability and a strong focus on accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HRIS team in providing customer service support for learning, recruiting, and onboarding systems.
  • Engage in systems testing activities within the QA lab by adhering to test plans, executing test cases, and delivering feedback on outcomes.
  • Analyze HR transaction data to identify and rectify issues.
  • Support the HRIS team by managing data tables across various systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on HR business processes and conduct daily audits.
  • Execute HRIS administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, creating notifications, drafting reference documents, utilizing Microsoft Office, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and performing data audits in recruiting and learning systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR/Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR services or systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
