At Avant Assessment, we're dedicated to providing language proficiency solutions that empower individuals and organizations to succeed. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to drive sales initiatives and deliver outstanding client satisfaction
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and concerns
  • Input sales, order processing, and other data into our CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Assist in maintaining Salesforce data hygiene and ensuring accurate records
  • Support Account Managers with processing sales and order logistics, including order fulfillment and test implementations
  • Develop a deep understanding of our language assessment and training products to provide expert guidance to clients
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful test implementations
  • Manage the Avant Online Store and integrate clients with Single Sign On Tools
  • Write and edit internal documents as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office, and remote work tools such as Zoom and Slack
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce) and interest in language learning are a plus
