Position Summary:

Sheppard Auto Group is actively seeking an Automotive Billing Specialist to enhance our dedicated team. Become a vital part of our mission to deliver outstanding service to our clientele. The Automotive Billing Specialist will report directly to the Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process all documentation related to both New and Used vehicle transactions.
  • Input vehicle deals into the financial management software.
  • Examine all funding notifications and address any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to resolve any funding and posting challenges.
  • Timely process payoffs for used vehicles acquired through trades or purchases.
  • Record all Dealer Trades and Wholesale transactions across all locations.
  • Reconcile all billing-related schedules on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Support the DMV and Inventory Clerk to ensure all necessary documentation is in order for vehicle transactions.
  • Assist with additional requests from the Controller as needed.
