  • Customer Service: Answer sales rep inquiries, track orders, and follow up with customers and sales reps about order status.
  • Relationship Building: Develop support relationships with chemical and sales representatives.
  • Account Management: Manage lease accounts, providing troubleshooting assistance for orders and accounts.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service, project management, or knowledge of warewashing experience is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Computer literacy, Excel, and typing skills are required.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask and quickly switch focus without losing sight of projects and goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Work Environment

The Sales Support Specialist will work in a generally indoor environment with variable conditions. The physical demands of the job include occasionally standing, stooping, bending, and kneeling. The ability to sit for long periods of time is also required.
