Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Outreach: Engage with HCPs on essential topics such as product access, local market payor coverage, and formulary placement.
  • Information Sharing: Provide on-label information confidently, ensuring compliance with approved materials.
  • Guidance on Patient Care: Share established protocols and guidelines to support healthcare providers.
  • Real-Time Connections: Facilitate immediate connections between providers and Clinical and Scientific Specialists (CSSs) for on-demand support.
  • Customer Engagement: Utilize various digital tools to engage customers and ensure their inquiries are addressed effectively.
  • Thought Leadership: Organize discussions and speaker programs to share insights on local healthcare experiences.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with the ecosystem lead to inform local strategies and business objectives based on market insights.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
  • Preferred experience in cross-functional roles within the life sciences industry.
  • Strong background in sales with HCPs, ideally across multiple products.
  • Clinical nursing or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) experience is highly regarded.
