About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the President of Operations will provide high-level administrative support to our President of Operations and the Operations Executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the President's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate logistics, including event planning, catering, and meeting room arrangements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
