We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our locations in Kennesaw and East Cobb. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Staff Management:
    • Direct, supervise, and evaluate the work activities of the staff in both locations.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
    • Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring they align with our company culture and standards.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient clinic processes.
    • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Manage inventory and ensure that all required equipment and supplies are available.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and organizational standards.
  • Patient Care and Satisfaction:
    • Ensure the highest level of care and service is provided to all patients.
    • Address and resolve patient complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance patient experience.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and financial reports.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to achieve financial targets.
    • Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
    • Represent Classic Vision Care at community events and build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
    • Oversee social media and online presence to enhance brand visibility.
  • Strategic Planning and Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for expanding services and enhancing the patient experience.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and improve competitive positioning.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to set short-term and long-term goals for growth and development.
  • Technology and Innovation:
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in eye care and vision technologies.
    • Implement new technologies and processes to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure all tech and equipment are properly maintained and updated.
