We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President of Facilities to join our team at RPM Living. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and lead our facilities operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the maintenance training curriculum by utilizing outside vendor training and partnering with our Training Department.
  • Design and implement preventative maintenance programs for all properties.
  • Work with vendors, regional managers, and lead maintenance technicians to identify cost-saving opportunities with vendors.
  • Negotiate and manage annual schedules of items to reduce long-term costs.
  • Assist and review scope of work for Capex items.
  • Assist Regional Managers with troubleshooting larger maintenance issues.
  • Assist Regional Facilities managers with navigating their portfolio.
  • Oversee multiple regions and markets.
  • Manage the Multiple Director of Facilities.
  • Assist Client Services in acquiring new clients.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard maintenance technicians.
  • Inspect properties for compliance.
  • Work with vendors for reduced pricing.
  • Develop monthly Safety meetings.
  • Develop on-site hands-on training with the help of our Training Department.
Requirements
  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience as a Regional Maintenance Director in the multifamily industry.
  • Must have managed multiple markets and corporate-level direct reports.
  • Must have previous experience creating company-wide SOPs and training.
  • EPA or HVAC Certification.
  • CPO certification preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Adobe, Yardi.
