Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Process and post daily bank deposits
    • Ensure all deposits and cash on delivery are accurately recorded
    • Reconcile monthly physical inventory count of vehicles and factory receivables
  • Accounting and Administration
    • Approve bills for posting
    • Assist with monthly floor plan audits
    • Prepare financial statements
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Oversee various schedules within office departments
Requirements
  • Experience in managing accounting staff
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management
  • Collaborative personality and professional personal appearance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in the automotive industry a plus
  • Reynolds and Reynolds automotive software experience a plus
