Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team at Continental Floral LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area to ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate administrative activities for the assigned branch, including office management and safety.
  • Support the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment.
  • Procure office supplies and furniture in accordance with company policies and budgetary restrictions.
  • Oversee facilities day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in special department projects as needed.
Requirements

This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

No travel is expected for this position.

Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience are required. 2+ years of related experience are preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
