Role Overview:

The Inventory Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the integrity of stock records. This position involves a variety of responsibilities focused on inventory management and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular cycle counts according to the established schedule to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Accounting, Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing to verify that both physical and system inventory movements are accurate.
  • Analyze discrepancies by reviewing ERP systems and physical inventory locations to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare reports detailing discrepancies and reconciliations for management review.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental control procedures to maintain a safe working environment and ensure product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong mathematical skills for performing various calculations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Forklift operation experience and certification.
  • Familiarity with RF Scanners is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
