The Inventory Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes. This position involves various responsibilities that contribute to the overall effectiveness of supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts in accordance with established schedules to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams to verify that both physical and system-based inventory movements are accurate.
- Analyze discrepancies by reviewing ERP systems and physical inventory locations to ensure reconciliation.
- Generate reports detailing discrepancies and reconciliations for review.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental protocols to maintain a safe working environment and uphold product/service quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong mathematical skills for performing various calculations.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Forklift operation experience and certification.
- Familiarity with RF Scanners is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of inventory systems and supporting the operational goals of the organization.
