Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular cycle counts according to the established schedule to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams to verify that both physical and system inventory movements are accurate.
  • Analyze data from ERP systems and physical inventory locations to reconcile discrepancies effectively.
  • Generate reports detailing discrepancies and reconciliations for review.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental control procedures to ensure personal and team safety while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong mathematical skills for various calculations.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Forklift certification and experience are required.
  • Familiarity with RF Scanners is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of inventory systems and ensuring that operational goals are met efficiently.
