A leading provider of commercial and industrial HVAC services is seeking a skilled BAS Controls Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and commission building automation systems and DDC controls.
  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on BAS equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BAS hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on-site to ensure successful project completion.
  • Program BAS devices according to project specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and concisely to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BAS technology.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with BAS/BMS or DDC controls.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, ALC, or similar.
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
