Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pest Control Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest control services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve customer pest concerns and issues through daily route management
- Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
- Advise customers of potential problems and provide solutions
- Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
- Manage and maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
- Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
- Work schedule includes every other Saturday
- A US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required
- A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)
- A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires
Aptive Environmental provides pest control services to 34 states in the US. We are a proud member of the EPA's Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program and have partnered with the United Nations Foundation's 'United to Beat Malaria' to help stop the spread of malaria transmitted by mosquito bites.
