We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Park at 14th. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant, lounge, and event facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Communication: Greet patrons, vendors, and applicants in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Phone and Email Management: Answer, screen, and forward calls, as well as handle all incoming mail and packages.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, dinner reservations, and event logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Accurately enter data, maintain operations schedules, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Supply Management: Order building and office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Event Support: Serve as the main point of contact for event site visits, screen client inquiries, and assist in planning event logistics.
