Our team at Workoo Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that will last for 16 weeks.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Managing Editor, including calendar management, document organization, and communication with team members.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Task management to boost organizational efficiency
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Specialist and polite communication via email or phone
  • Manage calendar for Editorial Director
  • Position, arrange, and distribute incoming documents
  • Work as part of a team with writers, photographers, illustrators, and marketing professionals
Requirements
  • Must have a schedule of 3 days a week, essentially 1 day a week, for a minimum of 4 months
  • Strongly coordinated and personable
  • Excellent communication, grammar, and time management skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Pliable
  • Experience in Photography and/or Fine Arts is advised
