Director of Talent & Culture

AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent & Culture to lead the development and implementation of Talent & Culture strategies that align with our company's policies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and quality improvement, talent development, reward and recognition, managing compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and preparing monthly T&C reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Quality Improvement: Develop and implement the annual Talent & Culture Department Business Plan, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Recruitment, Selection, and Retention: Drive T&C solutions to attract, select, and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Reward and Recognition: Design and implement reward and recognition programs that motivate and engage employees, driving business results and employee satisfaction.
  • Compensations and Benefits: Manage the salary/award review process, ensuring fair and competitive compensation packages.
  • Industrial Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, unions, and management, ensuring proactive communication and interaction.
  • Talent & Culture Metrics: Prepare monthly T&C reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Performance: Ensure payroll is run in accordance with statutory regulations and company guidelines, implementing T&C activities within budgeted guidelines and time frames.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of three to five years related experience in a hotel environment, preferably in a complex property.
  • Education: University/College degree in a related discipline.
  • Skills: Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written English communication skills.
